Bedford Landing

Billy Brown Road runs parallel to the river and is the neighbourhood’s main street. Pathways and green spaces are integrated into the streetscape to provide views through to the river. Apartments and townhouses have views over the channel. Eleven live-work units are located across Billy Brown Road with street oriented retail/studios with residential space above.

RWA designed the boathouse for the Fort Langley Community Rowing Club. The boathouse is a node of activity on this calm and picturesque portion of the river supported by the nearby Cafe, Fort Pub (renovated by RWA) and Fort to Fort Trail
