The buildings are distinguished by unique masonry frame walls which stand proud of the otherwise simple building façades. The walls serve as a buffer from the busy Cambie Street, creating a surprising sense of privacy within the suites. The walls are structured with a rhythmic pattern of openings of various proportions and sizes and are finely detailed and layered with perforated metal screens.
