About This Project

Fort Langley Waterfront

The south edge of the Fraser River, as it travels between Fort Langley and Brae Island, has been developed with a diverse neighbourhood. A range of housing choices including six storey apartments, townhouses, live-work units and mixed use buildings, located along the river edge and Billy Brown Road. A restored heritage building and café are located on the east edge of the neighbourhood with access to the river and the Fort Langley Rowing Club. A network of pathways provides connections through the community, along the river edge to the social heart of this Fort Langley neighbourhood.
